These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Pro Esports Picks LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Black Label Picks (“Black Label Picks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of BlackLabelPicks.com, esportsstats.gg, and any related websites, tools, communities, and services we operate (together, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms include a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver in Section 20. Please read it carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you choose to use any information from the Services in connection with sports betting, esports betting, or fantasy contests, you are solely responsible for making sure you meet the legal age and other requirements in your jurisdiction, and that such activity is legal where you live. We do not accept wagers, and nothing on the Services is an offer or solicitation to gamble where doing so is prohibited.
This also works in your favor. Positioning BLP as a stats platform that some people happen to use for betting is a stronger legal stance than being seen as a betting service. Just keep your marketing consistent with that, since calling things “locks” or “guaranteed picks” would undercut it.
The Services provide esports statistics, analytics, tools, predictions, and related content for informational and entertainment purposes only.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [info@blacklabelpicks.com] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans and pricing. Paid plans, including VIP access, are offered at the prices shown on our [Pricing page] at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time online by going to My Account → Subscriptions and selecting Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features, except where required by law.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription, giving you time to cancel.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your access until payment is resolved.

We may monitor usage patterns to detect account sharing and abuse. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund, and potential legal action.
All content on the Services is owned by or licensed to Pro Esports Picks LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. That includes predictions, statistics, compilations, databases, tools, designs, graphics, logos, branding, and written material.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal use while your account is in good standing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. “Black Label Picks,” “CodPix,” “R6Pix,” and related logos are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission.
Our statistics are compiled from publicly available and third-party sources and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We do our best to keep data accurate and current, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Always verify information independently before relying on it.
Black Label Picks is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision Blizzard, the Call of Duty League, Riot Games, Ubisoft, Epic Games, Psyonix, any esports league, team, or player, or any sportsbook or fantasy operator. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, such as Discord, sportsbooks, fantasy platforms, and payment processors. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
If you participate in our Discord server or other communities, you agree not to:
We are not responsible for information, picks, or advice shared by other members. Use your own judgment. We may remove content or members at our discretion.
Participation in our affiliate program is governed by our separate [Affiliate Terms]. In the event of a conflict, the Affiliate Terms control for affiliate related matters.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRO ESPORTS PICKS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, WAGERS, WINNINGS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Esports Picks LLC and its owners, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms us, other users, or the Services. Terminations for violations are not eligible for refunds. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, and 15 through 23 survive termination.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, email [info@blacklabelpicks.com] with a description of the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [info@blacklabelpicks.com] and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration. If the dispute isn’t resolved, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, or remotely by video or phone at either party’s request.
Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
Class-action waiver. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [info@blacklabelpicks.com] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us.
