1. We Are a Stats Platform

Black Label Picks, CodPix, R6Pix, and esportsstats.gg are esports statistics and analytics platforms operated by Pro Esports Picks LLC. Fans, analysts, content creators, fantasy players, and bettors all use our data to follow players, teams, and matches.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or process wagers of any kind.
We are not affiliated with any sportsbook, fantasy operator, league, publisher, team, or player.

2. Informational Purposes Only

All statistics, rankings, hit rates, projections, picks, and other content on the Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on the Services is betting, financial, or professional advice.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Esports outcomes are unpredictable, and roster changes, patches, map pools, and many other factors can affect results.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any data or the outcome of any match, map, or player performance.
Our data comes from public and third-party sources and may contain errors or delays.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on our content, including any money you choose to wager.

3. Know the Law Where You Live

If you choose to bet or play fantasy contests, it’s your responsibility to:

Meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. This varies by state and country, and is often 21.
Make sure sports betting, esports betting, or fantasy contests are legal where you live.
Use only licensed, legal operators.

4. Play Responsibly

If you bet, keep it fun:

Set a budget before you start, and stick to it.
Only wager what you can afford to lose. Never bet money meant for rent, bills, or necessities.
Don’t chase losses. Trying to win back what you lost usually leads to bigger losses.
Set time limits and take breaks.
Don’t bet under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or when you’re upset or stressed.
Treat it as entertainment, not a way to make money.

5. Warning Signs

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you:

Bet more than you planned, or more than you can afford
Borrow money or sell things to gamble
Hide your betting from family or friends
Feel anxious, irritable, or guilty about gambling
Neglect work, school, or relationships because of betting
Keep chasing losses

If any of these sound familiar, you’re not alone, and help is free and confidential.
